Linking Foreign Currency Account To Upwork

I want may earnings to be transfered in USD instead of local currency. I have Foreign currency account here can i link my FCA account on upwork and transfer earnings in USD ?
I am from Pakistan any pakistani freelancer who can help me in this regard ?
