I have an issue linking my Paypal account as the Upwork's system is saying that it is "already in use" even if it is not associated to Upwork (I have checked the "forgot password" option as well and verified that it is not used in Upwork).
Also, how does one talk directly to Upwork's official support technicians? Is there a hotline or direct email? Or is this public forum the closest thing to an official support channel available?
