Linking my Local Bank Account (Unionbank) to Upwork

I linked my Local bank account (Unionbank) to Upwork last Thursday, March 17 but until now it is still tagged as inactive I already contacted my bank and they confirmed my account is active and there are no restrictions on it. They suggested asking for assistance from Upwork. 

 

 

I linked my account I believe last March 15, Tuesday, or Thursday, March 17 and I was under the impression that it may take 2-5 business days for it to be completed but until now, it is still tagged as inactive. I already contacted my local bank and they confirmed there is no problem with my account, it is active and there are no restrictions on it.

I am hoping to get an answer on what should I do to have it resolved.

Hi Hannah,

 

I can see that the payment method you're referring to shows currently active on our end and you should be able to use it. If it still shows as inactive on yours, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and check again.
