Links for Profile Editing are not working

Hello! 

I am brand new to Upwork. Yesterday I submitted my profile, and today I went to go begin submitting proposals only to discover my profile has not been approved. When I proceeded to click on the links providing explination, they only led to blank pages. Therefore, I have two conclusions. One, either my profile is complete and ready but for some glitch in the system it has not been approved, or two, my profile has issues and there is a glitch in the links. Please explain or resolve.
