Listing my services

Can I list my services with prices in a way that people can search for services, like I can search for jobs using keywords?

As an example on another freelancer site I have 4 'services' listed with prices, and people needing that service can search for, click on, and purchase that service. 

Or can I only do this in a more generalised way on my profile?

Your profile in search displays only an hourly rate. You could, however, include your pricing for different services within your profile write-up if you so wish.

please advise how do other freelancers get listed, where customers can search their services and choose to work with them.Is there a particular way to do this?

You are listed, but your chances of being hired without sending proposals are close to, if not completely zero.

You're in a desperately overcrowded category with literally tens of thousands of others, no track record on the platform, a very meager profile with no portfolio or details...
