Will someone tell me how to live chat with oDesk. I have a problem but no more the button for live chat can be seen. Please help me.

Upwork is being tricky in this they hide live chat option for old user . Its not a problem its their system.

As far as I know the live chat support is only available for top rated freelancers.

Hello. I am a top rated but still the chat support is not available just like before.

I just tested it and see that support chat option is accessible from your account on Help Center page. You need to click "Get Paid" button and add some information about your issue. It also looks like you chatted with support just a few days ago.

Yes, a few days ago it is accessible and I was so happy with upwork's chat support and how fast they can solve our issues. But when I tried doing the same recently, there is no option for chat support. It might be moved because of the updates, I don't know where to find it.

Note that chat support is not available to all users at all times and also depends on the frequency of requests we're receiving during certain periods of time.

I need to help with support. there is 20$ is deducted because of membership plan. I need to back to in my account and still continue with free membership of upwork to receive conects. so help me to chat with support agent

The notification about your account status a verification was sent to you on December 8. Please, check the email you registered with your Upwork account and follow the instructions in that notification to verify your account.

Hy ! I can not see the amounts that u take ro verify card yet in my online banking

Hi Marius,

 

Two small amounts have already been charged to your card. You may want to contact your bank directly to find out what they are if you don't have access to online banking statements. Once you find those amounts, enter them into the fields in Settings> Billing Methods to complete the verification.

Please go to your account > click on the "0 available connects" link and select a membership plan in order to receive an appropriate number of Connects.
