               I don't know why Upwork introduce this because many new freelancers feel hopeless while bidding. I really don't like this. What about you?

Good for new freelancers if they invest $3 in connect for boosting they get jobs!

Also, try to spend if you need more money as it's a universal law! 

and why not give something from where getting only, to get more!
