Hello, I have a problem with the verification of my location and my bank identification by Upwork. Upwork asked me for a verification of my location, so I sent the requested documents more than 48 hours ago, but I still haven't received an email from them and so my account remains suspended, which blocks my activities. I have sent them several emails to understand what is going on but still nothing. Can you help me to understand please?
