Location confirmation issue

Hello! I have next issue - for location confirmation I sent my Mauritius premium visa and Rental agreement but support declined it - because no photo on visa (Mauritius premium visa do not have photo of applicants - FYI), and they declined my rental agreement because - "no notary stamp" - serious? on rental agreement? Ok - additional I send bank statement and car rental check - and support disappeared - more than 24h passed...so anybody can help me? Thanks in advance!

P.S. Before rejecting a particular state-issued document, support must know how it looks in a particular country.
