I’ve reset your profile visibility back to public. Just so that you are aware, profiles of freelancers with a history of earnings on the platform will remain public unless they have not earned in more than 2 years. Profiles of new freelancers who haven’t earned on Upwork will be set to private after 90 days.To avoid this, you can resume earnings on a new contract or upgrade your membership to the Plus plan. Thank you but I was not able to receive a notification for that. I believed it was previously rejected from my initial application however got some time to reopen it today and tried setting it up again.
My profile's visibility is currently private. When I tried sending a ticket to request for it to be Public, here's the error message that I received.
"Our apologies. Something went wrong.
Your ticket was not submitted."
Please help me.
