Locked private while waiting for job responses.

I don't like this feature that locks your profile.  I applied for 8 jobs. 3 closed and 5 were still open.  I then get a notification that because I have not earned any jobs, I am locked and private.  If I have paid for connects and applied for jobs that the client has not made a decision on yet, how can my account be locked???  Upwork says, "To Unlock your profile, start applying for jobs..." How are clients supposed to see me to hire me, if they can't see my profile?  This is frustrating because I am buying connects to apply for jobs, then Upwork prevents me from being seen to get jobs.  This doesn't make any sense.

It takes two clicks to be set public again.

Clients you've applied to still see your profile as usual. So it makes no difference.

Just get it sset back to public.
