Logged into account and entire profile and history is missing

I just logged into my account after not logging in for the past few weeks, and my entire profile and history is missing.  As soon as I log in it prompts me to start setting up my profile.  I can't figure out what happened?!?!  The last time I was paid to my account for work done was a few weeks ago, so it's not like I have a stagnant account.  Help!!
