Logged time to wrong client

Hello everyone,

I have multiple hourly contracts going on. While working for a client, I inadvertently logged the time to a different client. Any idea if it is possible to move the time logged in the work diary to the correct client?

Hi Reshma,

There isn't an option in which you can move the time segments from one contract to another or anything similar. You can remove the time segments on the wrong contract and contact the clients and explain to them what happened. Afterward, you can consider adding manual time for the time spent working, so please check with your client on the best way to proceed.
