Hi, I have logged the wrong amount of hours in my work diary for my client. I have issued a refund for the difference (they haven't paid yet, it's in escrow) does this solve the issue? Or have I made it worse?

Until midday UTC today you could have simply deleted the screenshots, which would have meant the client wouldn't have been charged, but yes, refunding works as well, it just means the client still got charged.
