Logging time for 2 different clients

Hi,

I have 2 hourly contracts set up each with a 40 hours/week limit for Client A and Client B.

After logging 20 hours each for both clients (A and B) Upwork does not let me log the time of A client for more than 20 hours. Is there an issue here or I am doing something wrong?

Since both, the contracts have 40 hours/week limit so there should not be a problem of logging more than 20 hours for each client (I think so, please correct me here)

Any help would be appreciated.

There are no limits on how many hours you may log generally.

But you can't log overlapping time.

And for an individual contract, you can not log more time than is allowed for that contract.

Thanks, Preston, for replying. I was not entering the memo so Upwork was not allowing me to save the time when I entered more than 4 characters save button got enabled. Silly me!
