Login Issues

Hello I have been having issues logging into my account even after the service has been restored. It keeps saying it will send six digit pin to my email but I'm not getting any pin. Please help!

I am logged in to my account on Google chrome and I tried to make a
withdrawal. In order for it to be processed, a six digit pin had to be sent
to my email and yet no pin was sent.

The same six digit pin is what is required for me to log into my mobile app.
