Login Problem

Hello

My friends who lives in Kazan is **Edited for Community Guidelines**and his email address is **Edited for Community Guidelines**
He can not login from 4 days before. 
If he try to log in, " Oops! Username is incorrect" is showed.
How could he solve this problem?
