Login issue

Hi! I'm trying to login in other account whole day. On mail I saw message
"An unknown device or browser has been used to access your account"


It's strange since I'm using same devices a couple of month already. Tried login, site ask confirm that is me thru verification code. But he can't send it to me: "Due to technical difficulties we are unable to process your request. Please try again later."


I tried to reset my password but got this message on the link:
"Password recovery error. Upwork could not locate the information needed to recover your password. Please try again."


Get support chat bot didn't help. Can't contact with real person thru chat. How to contact with support team? Please help.

Hi Ilya,

 

Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if the issue persists? Additionally, please note that having multiple accounts is a serious violation of the Upwork TOS.
