Login problem - device not recognized

Hello! My friend can’t access his upwork.com account. The problem is that he enters a password and answers a secret question, then the system gives an error that his device is not recognized. After contacting technical support, my friend did not receive an answer to the mailbox. Help, my friend wants to work on upwork and earn money, he is serious and is working on improving his skills in order to work better. With respect, Igor

Hi, everybody

Hope you are doing good.
I have a same login problem on my account. (They don't recognize the devide, so I can't login to my accountt)
