Login results in Error 500 (A) on all browsers

I recently received an invite to upwork and clicked the link in the email to join.  That join form timed out so I have no idea if it worked or not.  Now, every time I try to login I receive a 500 (A) error no matter what page I try to access.

I have cleared my cache and tried multiple browsers but receive the error no matter what machine or browser I try.  Please let me know what I need to do to get access as the team that has invited me has a time sensitive matter that I'm helping with.  Thank you.

Also, I'm unable to change the topic from Freelancers to New to Upwork.  Every time I attempt to change it, it refreshes the page and puts me back on Freelancers topic so I can't even put this help request in the proper category.

I am having the same issue as Judy. I receive the following error -

I have cleared cache, etc. as well.
