Long job interview and didn't get hire

Hello Everyone,

Many time I get invite for job interview which involves 3-4 steps and takes around 1-2 hours of your time.

Recently one of the client inetrviewed me and keep advertising about its work and ultimately it turns out to be fake job and I wasted 1 hour from my busy schedule.

The other day client asked to submit a long questionnaire and 2 rounds of video and after that ultimately they didn't hire any candidate.

This type of fake jobs is impacting the integrity and trust we have on the platform.

I recommended there should be limit of interview time like 15 minutes so that even in case of fake jobs or something we can save our time.

You can limit it yourself. You dont must proceed interview for free. If you do it - it is your decission.
