Long-term client not closed contract, JSS impact

Hi,

I have one long-term client for more than two years. They send me to work from time to time, each time they create a new contract but normally they don't close it. After I completed the work and making sure that they are satisfied with the final output. They will release finds sometimes Upwork automatically release. But they never close the contract. I have told them several times. My question is this will unclosed contracts for long time client counts on JSS calculation?

Hi Biniam,

No, since you haven't received feedback from your clients on these contracts they are not included in your JSS calculation.
