Long term client

Hi,

I am a creative writer and I have one client with whom I work for a long time (2 months). But every time I write a new story for him, he opens a new contract and when I finish the story he closes the contract. Will he count as a long term client even if he closes the contracts every time?

Yes, after over 3 months. It does not matter whether it is one contract or many.
