My stats do not show any long term clients, even though I have 3 clients who are long term. What does it take to be considered long-term? Thanks

It's not just a matter of how long you have been working with a client.
You must ALSO have worked with the client RECENTLY.
I believe a "long-term client" is a client who:
- You first worked with more than 3 months ago
[and]
- You have been by this same client within the past 30 days.

In excess of three months of regular payments being made, and a sufficiently large sample of contracts overall.
Open contracts with no or rare activity do not qualify
