That's typical. Upwork doesn't seem to care about the freelancers at all. Clients are gods and we're mere mortals.

There is no team handling my case.
I tried to reach out to ask for assistance but that whole section of the website had been replaced by "Ask our bot". I tried using it, it offered a couple generic suggestions with links to help articles
