I'm ashamed to admit it but I've been lax with monitoring my response time to clients and its listed as 3+ days response time to clients. The only excuse I have is that I had a family emergency (mom was suffering from breast cancer) and it slipped my mind for several months - she's fine now and is cancer free. I am looking to lower that response time. Now I have read the link provided which is https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/10734462266899 but I am looking to see if there is anything else I can do.
