Looking to form a book publishing federation for new "Team Proposals"

Upwork invited me this week to participate as a beta-tester in a new feature they'll be rolling out later this year, where up to five freelancers can form a federation and apply as a group to a client who needs an entire team for their job. I'm a book editor, for example, and I have a growing amount of clients who need help with every step of the self-publishing process. But I have no network at all to speak of at Upwork, so I'm reaching out here at the community forums to hopefully start making connections and building a team I'd be comfortable working with.

Up to a maximum of five people can be on a team bid, so here are the others I'm looking for:

--Designer who would lay out the paperback and EPUB files

--Cover artist

--Amazon uploading and SEO expert

--Marketing and publicity specialist

Looking to see your portfolio and hear specific details about what you charge, so I can compare them against the industry standard. I've been editing professionally for almost 25 years, including a decade of running my own small press, have been Top Rated at Upwork for the last two years, have a Job Success Score of 99%, and charge near the top of my industry for what I do (1 cent per word for fiction, 3 cents per word for academic or journalistic work), so I'm looking for fellow veterans who might want to put together a really high-end team for tackling projects at a "best in industry" standard of quality and added value.
