Lost Rising Talent Badge

Hey everyone,

I wanna ask about rising talent badge, I don't know how it works. because before I get a client the rising talent badge still appears on my profile, but now after I get a client the rising talent badge does not appear, although the client gives me rating and feedback.

That is how rising talent badge work? we lose it after we got a client?

Hello Lily,

In order to become a Rising Talent, you must:

1. Pass the Upwork Readiness Test (link in email invitation)
2. Deliver great results to your clients
3. Complete your projects on time and as promised
4. Maintain a 100% complete profile that accurately showcases your professional credentials
5. Keep your availability status up-to-date
6. Regularly submit proposals to projects relevant to your skill set
7. Adhere to the Upwork Terms of Service
8. Have been active in the past 90 days (submitting proposals or delivering work) or have joined in the past 30 days

 Chances are the private (invisible) feedback on one or more of your 3 contracts was not perfect.

You won't get the Rising Talent Badge back, but after a few more jobs you'll get a JSS anyway.

I got a Rissing talent bgde a few day ago, but now it was remove and i do not know why.

I have just finished 2 job with 5 star rating. Could you help me to check why rissing talent badge was remove on my profile?

 Hi Phung,

We can't discuss specific reasons why your Rising Talent badge was removed, however in general it will be because either :

1. You are on your way to having a JSS soon, or

2. You are no longer meeting all of the requirements a user needs to meet in order to maintain the Rising Talent status.

So, how can i check specific reason on my profile. And How can I get it back ? Cause currently I have completed one more job ( I'm new, and at this time I have completed 3 jobs (2 customers) so I don't think I'm going to get JSS at this time). Therefore I would like to know what's the problem with my profile. Thanks a lot for your helps

I have the same problem in my profile! Some days ago I've got "Rising talent" badge and now it is not shown in my profile although I have done already couple of jobs with 5 star feedback! My profile completeness is 100%! What is the reason and how can I get it back?
