Lost Top Rated Badge after successfully verifying identity

Hi there, 

I just did an identity verification video call which was successful and I received a Badge, although, I lost the Top Rated Badge that I previously had in the process. 

I've seen some posts from other people claiming to encounter the same issue - Could someone please help out with it?

On your "My Stats" page, what does it say for " recent account holds"

?

It says 0 for Recent Account Holds, but I just noticed that my 12-month earnings dropped to $944, probably since I was not active for a few months. 

So I guess that's why, though, it's a bit weird because I lost the badge right after I got verified.
