I would like to ask for support. I've lost my phone number associated with my upwork account and my two way verification is on. Please help me turn it off and gain control of my account and change my phone number on my information details.

I've just noticed that some freelancers got their phone numbers verified. How?

Hi Vicente,

The phone verification badge is something that used to be available and is still visible on profiles of freelancers who were able to receive it back then. However, it's not available anymore and can't be requested. 
That said, we now offer an ID Verified badge. I checked and it looks like you were able to complete the verification process successfully, and your ID badge is visible on your profile.
