Lost money from the account

Recently, money was debited from my account to a non-valid Payoneer bank account, which has been added to my account profile for a long time. What should I do? How to get them?

If the Payoneer account does not exist, it will eventually bounce back to your Upwork account. It will take a while.

If it was someone else's Payoneer account, it's gone.

 

Payoneer account is mine, but card is not active, because card expired.

Just get a new card or link your bank account to your Payoneer account.

Your withdrawal was successfully withdrawn from Upwork. You will need to reach out to Payoneer Customer Support so that they can assist you further with your funds.

Please keep in mind that we can't hold funds for more than 180 days. I would also suggest updating your payment method as well if your Payoneer account is closed or anything else. Thank you.
