Lost my email address which I was using to operate freelancer and forgot the security question

Hi, 
I lost the access to my upwork account and there is no way to get it back I am inteded to change that email address I have the credentials but the problem is theat I cannot remember my secutity question either. 
What I can do to change this passwod and reset the email address?
