Lost my top rated badge

I lost my to rated badge, Yes I have 1 bad rating on a project but I requested my client to change their feedback and remove the misunderstandings and that rating got solved as well even if it haven`t been solved then it would have impacted the JSS instead of top rated badge if I am not wrong , So the question is after all this why do I lose the top rated badge? 

Kindly answer this.

Check your eligibility weeks counter, Syed.

Yep, not a JSS issue. At least 90% Job Success Score needed, you have it.

Check weeks as Natasha adviced. No other reasons.
