Help, fellow freelancers! I minimized the time tracker and now I can't find it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to my Mac desktop, but the timer still isn't there.

Go to the Find Work page.  Look on the right column down a bit.  Is it there?

Yeah, that didn't work.  I don't know Macs very well but look on your list of apps/ programs.  You should be able to get to it from there.

Thanks Mary - I can find the app, and the window with the messages opens, but the time tracker was in a separate window, and is now lost 😞

Hi Vikki,

It usually takes time for the window with the tracker to show up on my Macbook. It should be in your dock, even if you close the messages. Could you share a screenshot please?

Can you see the tracker in the app's Window menu?

Thanks Avery and Benoit!

Benoit, if it happens again, I'll look for that in the drop-down, but I'm trying to remember not to minimize it again!

When I opened the desktop app this morning, the time tracker opened 🙂

Thank you all for your help!

Happy to know that everything's working as expected, Vikki. Just post a message in the community if you need any other help!

Vikki, if you want to keep the tracker out of your way don't minimize it. I use CMD+H to hide it and have never had any problems losing it.

Hello, I am using the Mac desktop app and had the same thing happen. I minimized it not realizing that would cause a problem. Now I don't see the time tracker anymore.

I only see Messages. (I reinstalled the app as well.)  Thank you!   -Sarah
