MPESA WITHDRAWAL DELAYS

Hi,

I withdrew funds from my Upwork freelancer account on Friday, but I have not received the money in my MPESA account. Typically, I use MPESA to get the payments, and it’s been working fine until Friday. Can someone please explain what may have caused the delays in receiving the funds?
