MPESA Withdrawal

Hi there,

So I would like some help on something. I withdrew my earnings via MPESA last Friday (14th August) but I have never received the money, even after receiving the email saying my withdrawal has been processed on Monday (17th August). I have withdrawn via MPESA very many times but it has never taken this long. It usually takes just a few minutes. I am beginning to think there is a problem. How can I track the funds?
