MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD

Hi, 

Recently just signed up for Upwork, and during the verification process took a picture of my driving license to verify my location, however it did not recognised my picture even though I followed all the instructions. I now can't start applying for any roles and account is on hold. 

Can anyone advise me how to remove the hold and to get my location verified,
