MY CLIENT DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES AND DIDN'T PAY ME FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS

I just want to ask is what should I do if my client didn't respond for almost 3 months and the contract is still on going. She gives me a file documents that I need to translate and when I was done and I sent the file to her, she didn't respond to me.

Was this a fixed price contract? If so, did you click the "submit work" button on the contract page?

It's milestone project sir, and for the documents that I'd done I was sent it to her thru message.

The way you request payment on a milestone is to click the "submit work" button on the contract page. Once you do that, even if the client doesn't respond, you get paid in 14 days from the money that is in escrow. Go ahead and click that button now.
