Macbook Pro Tracker not taking screen prints

Guys, I have tried to use the tracker in my macbook pro and it's not working.

I saw a few past posts giving a solution, but that didn't seem to work and I haven't found any recent ones on the subject. Any idea if someone finally solved it?
