I can't upload docs with my proposals since Sunday. Is this the same for everyone? When do you think it will sort itself out?

I checked but couldn't replicate the issue you are describing. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? If the problem persists, please let us know and share a screenshot from your end so that we can take a look.
