Make a job offer

Hiya, I have never hired on UpWork before so please be gentle with me!

I have searched for freelancers in the location I require, I've searched on the specific skills I require and found a freelancer with great reviews and availability matches.

So, I want to offer this freelancer my work but can't find any way to contact them to make an offer.

Please help?

Mandy, after you create a job post you can send a direct invite to a freelancer. That gives the two of you an opportunity to discuss the project and decide if it is a good fit.

I am looking everywhere and can't find how to create a job...all menus lead
to me looking for work.

This has got to be the most difficult online system I think I've ever
used!!!

That's because you currentl have a freelancer profile, not a client account.

Just add a client profile to your freelancer account, then take it from there.
