Manual Time glitch

Hello.

I want to raise an incident regarding my Client.

In the past 3 weeks, there was a continous manual time added to my work diary - where I didn't made. I only use my time tracker everyday to track my working hours

Is this an error? Please help and let me know the possible solutions for this.

I am not experiencing this on my own tracker, however this is why you have a short window of time, up to 12 hours after the end of the work week to check your time schedule and make adjustments.  If there is any time block in there that shouldn't be there you can remove it before your time gets submitted to the client.
