Hello! I've been working on a wedding illustration for 20 hours.
Now my client closed the contract and it says $175 for 20 hours, but it was supposed to be about $700 (1h=35$).
Why is that and shat should I do?
Thank you.

There is no problem.
The screenshot that you posted shows that you logged 15 hours of work, for $525, which is $35/hour.
Exactly as you expected.

You are simply unfamiliar with how to read your freelancer-side Upwork reports.
re: "...what should I do?"
You should do nothing.
Your time was logged successfully. You are being paid as you are supposed to be.
