Manual name review

My Upwork account has my shortened name (Fi), whereas my bank accounts all have my full name (Fiona). I can't see where I can change my name on my profile to Fiona, so at the moment am unable to get paid. 

Upwork links for 'manual name review' just send me here - any ideas how to have my name reviewed and account approved?
