Hi all,
I have been using Manual Time for months now with no problems but suddenly ~2 weeks ago I started facing issues. See attached image - notice my desktop says 18:53, whilst the latest start time I can choose from UpWork is 4:40pm.
No matter what day I try to log time, it's always 2 hours behind. I've cleared cache, flipped between Chrome & Edge, flipped between UpWork on the browser and the Desktop App but still doesn't work.
When I change timezone between Mine and UTC there is no difference
Help please, very desperate!

I am using it on a computer in the work diary. Didn't know there was even another way

Good question, I checked all my times and thankfully there was no overlap

Hi Pradeep, thank you for the offer but please don't 🙂 I've been trying to work with the UpWork support team for a while now and I'm absolutely no better off. It literally took me writing three times what the error was because each support person responding didn't read the thread.
