I logged manual time this morning but It’s not showing up in my work diary.
I tried to re-enter the time again (thinking I might have hit cancel instead of save) but it says I have already logged in time.
The time doesn't show in the work diary or any report or anywhere.
I already double checked if I logged it into another project. Never had this problem before and I log manual time often. Anybody an idea of what went wrong?

I would bet you a very lovely bottle of red wine you will find it in another contract...
You have a whopping 30 open ones, one of them (probably a fixed rate one) will have that manual time.
You have until tomorrow noon UTC to fine the contract that is hiding your manual time.
