I tried manually adding time to my work diary yesterday (July 23, 2020), I have been doing so since we started the contract and I didn't have any issues like this in the past. What should I do?---I tried deleting it and adding it again to no avail.

As long as you are under the weekly limit and the time is in the correct (!!!!) work diary (double check....) - you don't need to worry, it'll add up eventually. Provided it's in your work diary before Monday noon UTC, it'll be billed.
