Hi, My client made a U.S. & Invite-Only Job for me and sent me an offer (I live in the Dominican Republic) which I accepted.
When I see the original job post (see pic attached) there's a message that state "You've reached the maximum number of tries for uploading your ID. Please contact customer support".
1.- I have never tried to upload my ID nor CS has requested it.
2.- Should I contact CS
3.- Is there any way that this may affect my account in the future, I don't know, maybe put on hold or something else.
4.- I just want to act in advance if there is something that I have to do.
