May I give my contact address to Client after first job completed?

I am new freelancer on upwork and I have just completed first job with 5 stars.
After complete, Client requested my contact address (email or whatsapp).
And he said me he will always work with me on upwork for a long time in the future.
But I didn't give my contact address him yet.
Is my account at risk if I give it to him?
How do I have to do?

Could you please let me know about this?

I believe it is not OK to give someone your contact number until you can;t solve an issue here. even if u give, make sure to do all work here in Upwork. Working outside Upwork after using this platform is strictly prohibited. If u have completed your contract, you may share email.

You absolutely *ARE* allowed to communicate with a client any which way that suits you and the client after you have been hired. This includes after the initial contract has been closed.

Any further work must still be paid through Upwork though!

Client said as this after ended a contract:
"I am trying to create a consultancy firm, someone like you can be useful on my team of developers.
your email, i also work on Upwork as well."

If client pay throught upwork only, can i share my email to him?

Please give me the correct answer.
