Member Since When???

One more question-

I just noticed under my profile in this forum that it says I've been a member since 3-10-2017.

I was actually a member of Elance before they switched us to Upwork which I did shortly after they began asking us to do so.

Technically, I've been a member since 2008. And I'm fairly certain I switched over to Upwork WAY before 3-10-2017. 

Can anyone please explain this to me?

That date only refers to the date of your first post here on Upwork.
